How long does a typical build take?
A new architectural home with us usually runs 10-14 months from site start to handover, depending on complexity and conditions. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the planning stage.
Do we need our own architect?
Most of our clients come to us with plans already drawn by their architect. We work seamlessly with whoever you've engaged. If you haven't picked one yet, we know the best architects in the region and we'll happily make an introduction.
What's the minimum project size you take on?
We focus on architectural builds in the $1.5M+ range. Anything under that, we're probably not the right fit.
How do clients typically start working with you?
Most engagements begin with a private consultation. This allows us to understand objectives, assess suitability, and define the scope of advisory before proceeding.
How are your services priced?
Our fees are structured individually, based on the scope, complexity, and nature of each mandate. Rather than offering fixed packages, we discuss pricing transparently during an initial consultation and align it with the level of involvement required.
